Because I am a War President
My medicine is military.
Harm, histories, signs, and symptoms
of Terror, threaten harm–
Because I don’t feel well;
No one believes me, before.
No one Believes in the authority.
Therefore we are sick, threatened
by terror.  We are not well.
Symptoms imposed on us from outside.
Now you pay attention to me.
Now you believe me.  Now I am

Now we all believe the illness attacks
from the outside.  We can, I say, we can
